Sod Delivery & Pick Up

Updated Delivery and Pickup Details for 2026

Sod Delivery

• Due to the extreme amounts of fraud we have experienced in the past six months, all sod orders are required to have 2 factor authentication.  Examples of authentication are verbal along with text and/or email.
• Payments for sod orders must be made over the phone or via credit card authorization form.  External pay links are no longer being accepted.
• The person who makes the order for the sod must pay for the sod.  No third party payers will be accepted.
• All sod must be paid for upon order.
• Sod is a perishable product.  It is non refundable.
• Our drivers will have discretion on where they put the sod.  We are not responsible for any damage to any property within reason.

Mulch, Soil, and Stone Deliveries

• Base delivery fee starts at $50. 
• Mileage is calculated from our garden center or production yard.
• Delivery must be paid for before materials are dumped on your property.
• There is a 3% card fee for all card transactions.  
• We accept Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, and Cash and all major credit cards.
• We are no longer able to accept personal checks.
• It is up to the driver's discretion where the material gets dumped.

Pickups

• Pickups for sod are scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays only. 
• Sod pallets typically weigh between 2000-2500 lbs.  Keep this in mind when scheduling a pickup.
• We are not responsible for any damage done to your vehicle or trailer when picking up material in our yard.  Sod is a very heavy material.
