We know we must do everything we possibly can to keep the rising costs down as much as possible for our customers.  Our new estimate options are listed below  

FREE UNLIMITED PHONE CONSULTATIONS: Give us a call at your convenience.  If you don’t know your square footage needed, we can measure using interactive tools online.  We will discuss the property access, what’s currently there, and what preparation methods we will use after photos of the areas to be sodded are texted to us.  We will give pricing based on the square foot amount and the type of preparation needed.

SITE VISIT ESTIMATE- After a temporary suspension of our free estimates, we are happy to announce our free estimates are back.  We have restructured in an effort to keep our costs down.   We will be grouping our estimates into region blocks and we will provide you a day when we will be coming by. We will come out and measure your yard, discuss preparation, and finalize a price right there.  Starting March 8, we will be doing site visit estimates 1-2 days per week instead of 4 days, splitting the region into different sections. 

CUT THE LINE – The schedule for free estimates is 2 weeks out. If your estimate is more urgent, cut the line by setting up a consultation. A consultation will be completed within 3 business days. The cost of the consultation visit is $35. This is an appointment visit. We will provide a half hour window..

DISCLAIMERS:
All estimates, quotes/fixed cost proposals expire within 30 days or at the end of the current year, whichever is first.
NC Sod and Mulch reserves the right to change the estimate and/or sod quote after the expiration date.
For estimates at multiple properties with different owners on the same road, each individual property owner must request an estimate.  We do not measure properties without the permission of the deeded property owner.
NC Sod and Mulch will provide a 2-hour window for the site visit.
3D renderings for hardscaping projects are not included in the free estimates.
